Financial Protections & Payouts

1. Credits and Withdrawals

• Credits purchased on Stable Legends are non-refundable once used in platform transactions (such as purchasing a horse).
• Credits may be eligible for cash-out withdrawals after meeting minimum thresholds, subject to platform approval and processing times.
• All withdrawals require a connected, verified Stripe Connect account.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to review and may take up to 10 business days to process.
• The platform reserves the right to deny or delay withdrawals for suspected fraud, account issues, or to comply with financial regulations.
• Tiered platform fees apply to withdrawals:
  • 5% on $100+
  • 7% on $50-99
  • 10% under $50
• Users acknowledge that withdrawal fees are clearly displayed prior to submitting a request.

2. Platform Financial Solvency

• Stable Legends maintains reserves and financial controls to ensure timely payouts.
• Payout obligations are limited to the available platform funds and subject to verification through our financial health systems.
• In the event of extraordinary financial conditions, Stable Legends may delay or restructure payouts in compliance with laws and operational solvency protections.

3. Platform Rights

• Stable Legends may update credit policies, fees, or payout processes at any time with notice via the platform.
• Abuse of credits, fraud, or manipulation will result in forfeiture of credits and possible legal action.
